About Us

Boyd & Sons Farm is a multi-generational family farm rooted in hard work, shared values, and a deep respect for the land. Our story began when founder Steve Boyd started farming alongside his father and brother, learning early the importance of stewardship, perseverance, and commitment. In 1970, Steve married his wife Karen, and soon after they began farming on their own—planting the seeds for a family operation that would grow across generations.

As the years passed, both the family and the farm continued to grow. Through long days, shared effort, and a genuine love for agriculture, Boyd & Sons Farm expanded while remaining grounded in the principles Steve and Karen established from the beginning. Although Steve passed away in 2025, his legacy lives on through the family, the land, and the values that continue to guide the operation today.

Today, Greg Boyd and his wife Jennifer oversee the farm, proudly carrying forward the tradition started generations ago. They are joined by their sons—Austin, Alex, and Aiden—and their families, representing the next generation of Boyd farmers. Together, they work side by side to preserve the heritage of the past while building a strong future for generations yet to come.

Now spanning 5,500 acres in Daviess County, Indiana, Boyd & Sons Farm would not be what it is today without the dedication of its long-tenured employees, many of whom have been with the farm for decades. Their loyalty, skill, and commitment have been instrumental to the farm’s growth, and they are truly considered an extension of the Boyd family. With deep roots in tradition and strong relationships at the heart of everything we do, Boyd & Sons Farm remains committed to keeping the farming legacy alive.
